Late Payment Penalty

"In the event that the Client fails to pay any undisputed invoice within [15] days of receipt, the Client agrees to pay a late fee equivalent to 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the outstanding balance, or the maximum amount permitted by applicable Indian law, whichever is lower."
